A first for The Villages, First Responders
Recreation center includes a game room
unlike any other. In addition to the growing
popularity of table shuffleboard and darts, this
game room will include two large screen TVs
with connections to video gaming equipment
such as XBOX and PlayStation with a library
of games for Villagers to enjoy. Race cars with
a friend or play video football with a team, the
living room setup will be a fun gathering place
for all Villagers. Also included, pop-a-shot
indoor basketball, and two tabletop game
systems with favorites like Pac Man, Galaga
and more.
THE ARTS & CRAFTS ROOM
In the arts and crafts room, you can paint,
draw, and craft inside or out with the
addition of the covered and screen-enclosed
outdoor patio accessible from
the main arts and crafts area.
MEETING ROOMS
Quaint yet private meeting
rooms for Villagers to gather
for club meetings and more.

site at First Responders Recreation.
FIRST RESPONDERS PUTTING COURSE
Perfect your short game on the two
nines, " Stars & Stripes " , the First
Responders Putting Course, which
has a convenient starter shack for
easy access to putters and equipment.
FIELDS
Try out the multi-purpose field for
programs like soccer, flag football,
kite flying, ultimate frisbee and
more. There is even lawn bowling
and croquet greens to test your skills.
OUTDOOR COURTS
Pickleball, Basketball,
Platform Tennis and Sand
Volleyball courts are also
available for outdoor
recreation and play.
GATHERING SPOTS
First Responders Recreation site
also includes three gathering
pavilions and a fire pit for unique
places to come together with
friends and enjoy the camaraderie

near the northernmost areas of The Villages. Access to this
center will be available by car from County Road 42, and by
multi-modal pathway from SE 79th Clearview Avenue in
The Village of Chatham.
