Surrounding The Lifestyle Center, we're planning for a full
variety of golf features. This area and topography afforded us
the opportunity to add all disciplines from a putting course
to the Championship Golf and everything in between.
We've also included an expanded state-of-the-art
instructional facility coming to the area near The Lifestyle Center.
This area will be yet another unique combination of all the
things that encompass The Villages lifestyle. We think Villagers are
going to love it.

We realized early that in order to build a world-class

The Community Support District is designed
to provide a special place for those who work and
serve residents of The Villages and The Villages
growing community. Along with a variety of housing
opportunities, our planning teams are working with the
renowned architectural firm, SchenkelShultz, to bring a
second K-8 campus to The Villages Charter School as well
as High School.
Imagine a community where kids can ride their bikes to
school and parents can leave their car in the garage and stroll to
dinner. Our vision is to create a place where the folks who design,
build and nurture the community can have a special place where they
too can live, work, and play.
