Guam is one of the centerpiece
programs of Gov. Edward B. Calvo,
whose campaign slogan in 2010 was
the “Guamanian Dream.”
“The dream of homeownership
has to be within reach for everyone.
That’s the commitment from my
administration,” Calvo stated during
a ribbon-cutting for a project in
Merizo in December. “This initiative
isn’t just about giving people a roof
over their heads. It’s about giving our
families a place to call ‘home.’ Homes
help to build foundations of dreams.”
