ContractsAwarded Contracts Top One Billion $1,081,130,266 For only the third time Hawaii's agencies topped $1 billion in awards for the year. To be precise, YTD awards for the nine-month period ending September 30 totaled $1,081,130,266, a rise of $405,783,738 from the same period in 2012. Good news for us all. Great news in part for mainland general contractor Southland Mole JV who won the biggest award we've seen in a long time. The contractor won Oahu's Kaneohe-Kailua Wastewater Conveyance Tunnel project with the low bid award of $173,114,296.
