ContractsAwarded Agency Awards Slowing Down After five consecutive months of chart-topping numbers, October’s agency awards were only 40.3 percent of the previous month’s tally. However, eight agencies combined to award $41.3 million in contracts in October, bringing year-to-date agency awards to an impressive $716,723,556. The City & County of Honolulu was the biggest work provider for the month, with awards worth $11.4 million. That job went to Frank Coluccio Construction Co., which is doing the Ala Moana Boulevard and Auahi Street Sewer Rehabilitation, Phase 2.
