When husband-and-wife Jamie and Anna Donaldson launched Donaldson
Home Services in 2013, they ran the business from their home. Jamie worked
out of a backyard shed while Anna provided administrative support. Today,
Donaldson is London's largest family-owned and operated HVAC and home
services provider. Headquartered in a 9,000-square-foot facility on Bessemer
Road, the company's ongoing success is largely built upon its unique
