LEADS Employment Services
Individualized skills development and
employment support services
SINCE 1986, LEADS Employment Services has placed
over 25,000 jobseekers with disabilities and/or barriers to
employment with over 16,000 employers in London and
surrounding counties. In 2023-2024, over 2600 people with
and without disabilities were served in skills development,
and 829 placements were secured across all service sectors.
In 2023 and 2024, The London Free Press nominated
and awarded LEADS as the city's Best Employment Service.
LEADS provides a suite of customized services to job
seekers and area employers and then backs that up with
one-on-one, personable service to achieve a " match " for
both.
LEADS' highly skilled team of Employment Specialists
provides individualized life stabilization, skills development,
and employment support to job seekers aged 15-plus so
they can move forward in their employment or career path
in the post-pandemic labour era.
On the employer side, LEADS builds strong relationships
with area organizations, tailoring its services to support
each client. Diving deep into each employer's specific
needs and gaining a full understanding of their workplace
culture, Employment Specialists pre-screen and match
employers with qualified candidates.
Follow-up support is continuous to ensure success
for both parties. Impact-focused and innovative, LEADS
