What would you say is your single biggest business
achievement, and why? The community of mentors and
friends that surrounds me. I've spent 14 years in higher
education and even through changing universities and even
countries, my community has continued to strengthen and
grow. Learning from them and in turn sharing what
I know is the richest part of my career.

obstacle, and how did you face it? I've
had to restart my career a few times when
moving from one country or one city to
another. The only way to face starting
over is with humility. I've been grateful
for every opportunity along my career
path, even if it was a few steps back
or not a job related to my profession.

every time. It didn't always work out
in my favour, but now I've reached a
leadership position at my dream
company.

about your job? You know

every free minute I have with my son. He's
so interesting. I also adore playing the trombone
in my beloved London Concert Band.
