With its focus on reflecting the industries and sectors that
comprise and support the region, it's not surprising to learn
that members of the London Home Builders' Association
(LHBA) have been keen partners in helping to develop the
new exhibits. Auburn Developments is the presenting sponsor
of Community Roots, while Bluestone Properties helped
present some of the spaces in the mini-town.
Others have contributed elsewhere, notes Nordermeer.
Strik, Baldinelli Moniz helped support the maker space within
the Discovery Lab; Dillon Consulting is the presenting donor
for the Downstream water table exhibits; Halcyon Homes
built the structures in Community Roots and donated to
support the home exhibit; J-AAR donated a crane; and Sifton
Properties, through a financial gift from the Sifton Family
Foundation, supports accessibility programs for children with
autism spectrum disorder, physical or cognitive disabilities
and sensory processing considerations.

for a complete list of LHBA member firms that donated skills,
funding or materials to the new London Children's Museum).
" It takes the whole community to get projects like this
done, and we're really grateful for the support of the LHBA
members, " she says. " I know the LHBA's mission around

giving children that experience with real tools, real materials
and authentic learning experiences. "
