ACCREDITATION STATEMENT
The American College of Rheumatology
is accredited by the Accreditation
Council for Continuing Medical
Education (ACCME) to provide continuing
medical education for physicians.
DESIGNATION STATEMENT
The American College of Rheumatology
designates this Other activity (blended
credit encompassing both Live Virtual
and On Demand views) for a maximum
of 211.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.
Physicians should claim only the credit
commensurate with the extent of their
participation in the activity.
ABIM MOC RECOGNITION
STATEMENT
Successful completion of this CME
activity, which includes participation
in the evaluation component, enables
the participant to earn up to 211.25
Medical Knowledge MOC points in the
American Board of Internal Medicine's
(ABIM's) Maintenance of Certification
(MOC) program; and 211.25 MOC
points in the American Board of
Pediatrics' (ABP's) Maintenance of
Certification (MOC) program. It is the
CME activity provider's responsibility
to submit participant completion
information to ACCME for the
purpose of granting ABIM
or ABP MOC credit.
ACR MITIGATION STATEMENT
In accordance with the ACCME Standards
for Integrity and Independence in Accredited
Continuing Education, ACR has
implemented mechanisms prior to the
planning and implementation of this CME
activity to identify and mitigate all relevant
financial relationships for all individuals in
a position to control the content of this
CME activity.
CLAIMING CME/MOC CREDIT
You may claim your credit online at
your convenience by logging in to
your account at rheumatology.org.
To print a CME certificate, transcript,
certificate of participation, or certificate
of completion, visit the ACR Education
Center at learn.rheumatology.org. For
assistance during the meeting, visit the
Help Desk, located in Lobby D.
HOW DO I CLAIM CREDIT FOR
SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS?
The American Medical Association
(AMA) requires you claim credit only
for time spent actively participating in
educational sessions. Credit must be
claimed in increments of 0.25, with the
maximum of 211.25 AMA PRA Category 1
Credits™ for the entire meeting (includes
Advance Programming).
If you attempt to claim credit that
exceeds the maximum available AMA
PRA Category 1 Credits™, the system
will default to the maximum credit(s)
available for the entire meeting.
HOW DO I CLAIM MOC POINTS?
When claiming CME, you will have the
opportunity to indicate whether you
wish to claim MOC points. ABIM and
ABP diplomates will be able to enter
a reflective statement related to their
learning from the meeting and upon
submission, MOC points commensurate
with the total number of CME credits
claimed will be sent to the ABIM and
ABP on your behalf. You will be asked to
provide date of birth, license number,
and which board you would like to
apply credit to. Points are sent nightly
to ACCME and then transferred to the
ABIM and ABP Physician Portals. Please
allow at least 48 hours for points to
display in the portal.
By completing this activity, you provide
the ACR permission to share completion
data with ACCME and the certifying
board(s).
CME credit and MOC points must be
claimed by November 9, 2024,
at 11:59 PM ET.
