The review chapter
within the publication underscores the
success of current practices and operational procedures within
UEG, which have demonstrably contributed to the effective
integration and management of diverse talents. The Equality &
Diversity Group has meticulously crafted a practical plan that
outlines clear objectives, indicators, measures, targets, and
responsibilities. This strategic plan is designed to amplify the
continuous and dedicated initiatives undertaken by our Boards &
Committees.
Equality & Diversity Plan
In June 2023, the UEG Equality & Diversity Plan (E&D Plan)
was officially released in the UEG Journal . This publication
represents a major achievement, highlighting our strong focus on
effective governance and proactive planning.
Consequently, the E&D Plan represents a strategic approach to
attract, recruit, and retain talent while cultivating a robust and
diverse community that provides opportunities for professional
and personal growth. Through this plan, we aspire to serve as
a role model and collaborative partner in promoting diversity,
equity, and inclusion. We extend an invitation to all our stakeholders
to join forces with us in achieving the outlined targets.
