EPIC is a new model of creative office space located in the heart of Hollywood.
Rather than focusing on vertical stature, the design team created an interconnected,
terraced mass inspired by the terraced homes that dot the hills. EPIC's topography
reflects the attributes of trellises, decks, and interconnecting stairways, creating a
serene and productive setting that capitalizes on the local climate.

Located on Manhattan's Lower East Side, Essex Crossing is a large mixed-use development
that includes housing, office space, community facility space, and retail
space, including the Market Line.
Helios Education Campus

The Helios Education Campus is a revision of the garden office that was conceived
to advance education policy and discourse. The goal of creating a building that
would be environmentally and economically sustainable for more than 100 years
was achieved by incorporating thoughtfully selected building materials and systems,
such as chilled-beam ceiling cooling, natural stone, exterior materials requiring
no finishes in order to limit future maintenance, and a parking garage designed to
adapt to diminishing parking requirements.
