Indigenous communities through art and native plantings.

to as Carmel's " beachfront property, " Monon Boulevard is the backbone of Carmel,
spurring the rebirth of an abandoned industrial corridor. Midtown Plaza, the largest
recreation area integrated into the project, has become the " backyard " for the apartment
dwellers and workers in the district, as well as a popular destination for Carmel
residents and visitors.
