Located in one of Melbourne's most significant city blocks, 80 Collins is the first premium
office and the largest commercial development in the Melbourne central business
district in two decades. The project features 93,000 square meters (1 million
sq ft) of workspace. It was a complex construction project, with the new office tower
built to cantilever 12.5 meters (41 ft) over low-rise heritage buildings below. Large,
flexible floor plates combine with multilevel connected floors to offer the ultimate in
connectivity and cater to occupant needs now and into the future.

Incorporating three future-ready office buildings and the restoration of five significant
heritage buildings, including Wesley Church, 130 Lonsdale sets a benchmark for
progressive workplace design and development innovation in Australia. The project
features 59,505 square meters (641,000 sq ft) of premium office space, a large and
vibrant outdoor space, four skyrise cascading terraces with dramatic views, and a
heritage Manse building that has been converted into a café/restaurant and integrated
into the building lobby.

ANKEN Alley 363 Changping is a five-building network of repurposed, formerly
dilapidated warehouses and factory buildings linked by public lanes, rooftops, and
art, located in the heart of Shanghai's Jing'an district. Totaling some 6,680 square
meters (71,900 sq ft) of space, the project has preserved the historic architecture
and character of the existing buildings, the earliest dating from 1936, and is now
home to top-class design studios, boutique offices, fashion showrooms, and art
galleries, offering a mix of uses that reflect the cultural dynamic of the city.
