This project involves regeneration of an urban plaza and underground commercial
space on a prominent location in Beijing's city center, creating an understated yet
vibrant civic space and a 35,375-square-meter (381,000 sq ft) retail facility at the
intersection of Chang'an Avenue and Xidan Boulevard. The project has been a commercial
success with its mix of architecture and landscape features and a creative
commercial leasing strategy that has made it a popular urban destination, drawing
the city's youth and rejuvenating a historic destination.
Olderfleet
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA

Olderfleet is a flagship commercial tower in Melbourne with 58,000 square meters
(624,000 sq ft) of office and retail space across 40 levels. The project integrates a
contemporary commercial tower featuring cutting-edge design and workplace technology
with one of Melbourne's most significant examples of heritage architecture,
dating to 1880. The iconic building incorporates a vertical village concept, with the
tower split into three modules to express key internal workings of the building and
create strong connections to the heritage context.
One Museum Place
SHANGHAI, CHINA

SITE SIZE: 1.79 hectares (4.42 ac)
Located in the heart of Shanghai's Jing-an district, One Museum Place is a class A
office tower with an attached six-story, lifestyle-oriented retail pavilion and a gross
floor area of over 183,000 square meters (1.97 million sq ft). The transit-oriented
property is well-integrated with one of downtown Shanghai's newest metro stations
and features state-of-the-art facilities and a focus on sustainability. Located adjacent
to the Shanghai Natural History Museum and the vibrant Jing An Sculpture Park, the
complex is a centerpiece for an emerging neighborhood in the Nanjing West Road
submarket that includes several blocks of historic shikumen-style buildings.
