Ayala Triangle Gardens (ATG) is a mixed-use development, located in the center
of Manila's foremost central business district. Once home to Nielson Field, metro
Manila's 1930s-era airport, the project incorporates various heritage components.
ATG preserves and integrates the site's natural landscape by occupying a minimal
footprint to achieve 7.4 acres (3 ha) of publicly accessible park space. It also
improved connectivity and pedestrian access by creating a pass-through, weatherprotected,
24-hour passageway between two major streets.

Located in the heart of Sydney's central business district, Brookfield Place Sydney
is a 804,839-square-foot (74,772 sq m) mixed-use project that has reconfigured a
prime location sitting atop one of Sydney's busiest transit hubs. It comprises a new
27-story, six-star Green Star-rated office tower, two restored heritage buildings, a
retail area, and an innovative new entrance for the local MTR rail station.

At 472 acres (191 ha), Desa ParkCity is Kuala Lumpur's largest master-planned community.
As a privately owned, self-sustaining development, it aims to provide the
essential components of modern living and features a range of commercial and
residential amenities, including a shopping center, a hospital, several schools, and
various leisure options. All combine to make it a safe and self-contained township
with a commitment to sustainability, greenery, and walkability.
