Located in the heart of Shanghai's Jing-an District, One Museum Place is a 164-foothigh
(50 m), premium, grade A office tower with an attached six-story, lifestyleoriented
retail pavilion and a total gross floor area of over 1.97 million square feet
(183,000 sq m). The transit-oriented property is well integrated with one of downtown
Shanghai's newest mass rail transit (MRT) stations. It features state-of-the-art
technology, six levels of retail space, food and beverage space, and an extensive
exterior plaza. In addition, it is one of the most sustainable buildings in the city.
Ruihong Xincheng

The Ruihong Xincheng development is a large-scale, mixed-use urban regeneration
project involving 18 million square feet (1.67 million sq m) of ground-floor area.
Despite the project's size, planners have achieved a human scale in the context
of individual neighborhoods and facilities to create a high-quality, family-oriented
community.
Shougang Steel Complex
BEIJING, CHINA

SITE SIZE: 49 acres (20 ha)
The Shougang Steel Complex, the site of a massive steel mill located in the eastern
suburbs of Beijing, was closed in 2009, partly due to pollution concerns. The mill
has now been redeveloped as a 2.2 million-square-foot (200,000 sq m) postindustrial
park and mixed-use community site. Featuring a mixture of landscape features,
architecture, and infrastructure, the project is dominated by iconic, weathered-steel
factory facilities that have been repurposed to offer a variety of amenities, including
a modern office park, food and beverage outlets, cultural amenities, and outdoor
recreational spaces that include the iconic ski jumping venue used during the 2022
Beijing Winter Olympic Games.
