This innovative development comprises 54 homes, an arts and cultural space, and
a social enterprise cafe, offering a unique community that prioritizes affordability
by reducing rents to 80 percent of the local market rate. Nightingale uses a ballot
system that offers priority to 50 percent of its residents who are First Nations Australians,
single women over 55, individuals with a disability, or key community contributors.

Otemachi One is the largest mixed-use development located in the Otemachi district
of Tokyo. The project comprises two towers in the heart of the city. Both towers are
designed with sustainability features and offer a range of public amenities, including
retail, dining, transit accessibility, and greenspace. Otemachi One highlights Tokyo's
rich history while also signaling the city's position as a gloabl leader in technology
and innovation.
Rifle Range Nature Park

SITE SIZE: 165 acres (67 ha)
Singapore's development and human activity have significantly affected the country's
primary rainforest ecosystems. In response, the 165-acre (67 ha) Rifle Range
Nature Park, located south of one of the island's last primary rainforests, plays a
vital role in protecting these ecosystems and alleviating visitor pressures. The park
transforms a formerly abandoned quarry site into Singapore's first net-positive
energy nature park. Features include a freshwater wetland, endangered species
observation, trails, and scenic views.
