The Smiling Lion Cultural Village serves as an exemplary case study for rural revitalization
after the significant challenges the area faced from the construction of
Tianfu National Airport. To address these issues, designers implemented strategies
that integrated ecological protection, cultural innovation, and industrial implantation.
Protective measures such as original terrain protection, water system management,
and reclamation of barren land mitigate negative impacts on the ecosystem.
Designers also implemented creative cultural revival and improved tourism support
services.

Two Taikoo Place includes premium office space in a 42-story tower with three elevated
walkways connecting other Taikoo Place buildings, and landscaped gardens.
The project aims to achieve high levels of sustainability, technology, and occupant
health and wellness, and there is collaboration with tenants to achieve decarbonizing
targets.

Upper House is a 33-story residential development in the heart of South Brisbane
that redefines urban living with a unique blend of luxurious living and the tranquility
of nature. Upper House fosters a vital sense of community and features Australia's
first double-story rooftop club. Made of natural materials and with a standard of ecoconscious
urban development, Upper House showcases sinuous curves as a tribute
to nature's artistry and Queensland's native Moreton Bay fig tree. UL
