Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Real Estate Emphasis
The real estate area of emphasis is designed to prepare students for careers in the commercial real estate industry.
This industry offers a vast array of career paths including investment, development, asset/property management,
title insurance, valuation, sales, and marketing.

Master of Science in Real Estate
The MS Real Estate program is a full-time, nine-month, on-campus program. The program includes foundational
courses in the financial, management, and operational aspects of real estate.

Master of Business Administration with Real Estate Pathway
The MBA with Real Estate Pathway is a full-time, two-year, on-campus program.
Pathway options include Sustainability & Real Estate, Real Estate Finance, and Entrepreneurial Real Estate.

ADMISSION AND DEGREE REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate Real Estate Emphasis: 120 credit hours
MS in Real Estate: 30 credit hours
MBA with Real Estate Pathway: 55 credit hours
Undergraduate: First-year students apply through the Common Application and select business as their intended
major. Admission consideration is holistic with most attention focused on academic performance and rigor, then
leadership/involvement and interest in business. ACT/SAT is optional. For average admitted GPAs and test scores,
visit the CU Admissions Selection Process page.
Transfer students apply through the CU Boulder Transfer Application. Current requirements include a 3.0+ college
GPA, and a B- or better in Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, and Statistics (or Calculus, but Stats preferred).
Transfer requirements will be changing for students applying to Leeds for the spring 2025 term and later. See Leeds
admissions page for updates.
Graduate: Apply on the Leeds School of Business website. Required: Undergraduate degree, personal statement,
professional résumé, unofficial transcripts, one letter of recommendation, application fee of $70. Test score is not
