SITE SIZE: 1.4 hectares (3.5 ac)
The project, along with an innovative canal-water cleaning system, transformed
an area of a forgotten old town center, littered with structurally unsafe buildings,
into a culturally rich urban green space and popular waterfront district. The recovery
of the canal corridor returned physical health to the district and expanded
recreational water access. The reclaimed pedestrian open space promotes unity
and connection within the neighborhood while injecting much-needed economic
vibrancy to the district.

SITE SIZE: 2.8 acres (1.2 ha)
The revitalization of the former Marrickville Hospital site in Sydney's Inner West
innovatively pairs dense housing with a major new community amenity, reimagining
urban life as quintessentially Marrickville. Marrick & Co, Mirvac's sustainable
housing development, delivered a diverse mix of 225 apartments and terraces in a
sought-after area where density is rare. Nine affordable housing units were included.

SITE SIZE: 1.7 acres (0.7 ha)
The Mills is a revitalization project of a former textile factory complex consisting
of three contiguous blocks of industrial buildings originally built in the 1960s and
early 1970s, with overall site area of 73,290 square feet (6,809 sq m). The remaining
industrial buildings are the last of their kind in Hong Kong, serving as a tangible
memory of Hong Kong's earliest modern industrialization, which started in the
1950s.
