For years, Wyspa Spichrzów (Granary Island) was the economic center of one of the
most important ports in Europe, a forgotten and abandoned place. The Granaria
project on Granary Island meets the needs of a modern European city while respecting
its heritage and rich history. It is a comprehensive urban concept, including
apartments, commercial and service facilities, an underground parking garage, and a
modern hotel with numerous conference rooms. The project will be completed with a
public square and a new pedestrian bridge connecting it with the city center.

Harrow Square is a new mixed-use development in Harrow on the Hill, Greater
London, with 318 apartments, a public library, retail spaces, and a new public
square spread across a series of cascading low- to mid-rise buildings. Located within
walking distance of Harrow on the Hill Station, a major interchange linking rail,
metro, and bus networks, Harrow Square is a transit-oriented, pedestrian-friendly
development with a diverse building program and a contemporary, refined architectural
sensibility.
LX Factory

SITE SIZE: 24,790 square meters (266,800 sq ft)-gross construction area
After closure of textile and typography industries and purchase of the site in 2008,
the LX Factory project started with the objective to host a creative hub occupied by
industry professionals, restaurants, and art, combined with a diverse range of events
in fields such as fashion, art, architecture, and music. It has created an anchor project
for Lisbon and reinvented the uptrend area of Alcantara, which is next to docks
that are going through a major urbanism revitalization with multisector greenfield
development, including residences, offices, retail, health care, and hospitality.
