SITE SIZE: Three city blocks, total plot area; 18,000 square meters (194,000 sq ft)
Agios Dionysios-also known as the Papastratos district, covering 178 hectares (440
ac)-is being regenerated and transformed into what some call the city of the future.
Dimand acquired the former industrial Papastratos tobacco company site with a
vision to create a technology hub that would restore the urban living environment.
Grivalia Properties and EBRD joined as co-investors, and the project became a case
study of successful sustainable building reuse, private and public collaboration,
value creation, economic growth, and most important, employment and community.

Promprylad.Renovation is an innovation center on the site of an old plant in the
downtown of Ivano-Frankivsk. When renovated, 36,000 square meters (390,000 sq
ft) of space will foster a synergy of business and social initiatives focused on the new
economy, urbanism, art, and education in the region.
Windmill Green

SITE SIZE: 1,407 sq m (15,000 sq ft)
Windmill Green is a deep retrofit of a 1970s concrete frame building in the heart of
Manchester. Development of the site, acquired in 2015, sensitively expanded the
space by adding two floors and infilling space, taking it from 48,000 square feet
(4,460 sq m) to 81,000 square feet (7,500 sq m), consisting of office, co-working,
and retail space. It is an ultra-low-carbon building, and a wellness focus includes
multiple choices for micromobility. This sustainable, dynamic space is used to
foster positive social change, ranging from regular community events in the rooftop
pavilion to literacy programs with a social enterprise and employment of homeless
people during construction.
