Sweet Treats
It is the month for Valentine's Day, and
that can only mean one thing: chocolate.
These treats are just the thing to prompt
you to say, " I love you, chocolate. "
No-Bake Chocolate
Caramel Cheesecake

Ingredients:
10 graham crackers, crumbled
7 tablespoons butter, melted
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Caramel sauce, divided
Directions:
Place graham crackers in a resealable plastic bag. Using rolling pin or soup
can, roll graham crackers into fine crumbs. In medium bowl, add cracker
crumbs, melted butter, sugar and cinnamon; stir until combined. Press into
bottom of pie plate. Drizzle caramel sauce over crust; set aside. In medium
bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipping cream. Pour
over graham cracker crust. Refrigerate 24 hours. Place chocolate caramel
candy pieces around pie. Drizzle with caramel sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.

Chocolate Chip
Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients:
2 rolls chocolate chip cookie
dough, divided
2 packages cream cheese
(8 oz. each), softened
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 9-by-13-inch baking pan with
parchment paper. Press 1¼ cookie dough rolls into bottom of pan. In large
bowl, mix cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar, mix well. Add eggs and
vanilla extract; beat until combined. Pour cream cheese filling over cookie
dough base. Crumble remaining ¾ cookie dough over cream cheese filling.
Bake 35-40 minutes. Cool completely before cutting. Store in refrigerator.

Chocolate Silk Pie

Ingredients:
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 (7-oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 cup semisweet chocolate
chips
¼ cup butter, cubed
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line pastry shell with a double thickness
of heavy-duty foil. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove foil. Cool on a wire rack.
Meanwhile, in a heavy saucepan, combine marshmallow creme, chocolate
chips, butter and unsweetened chocolate. Cook and stir over low heat until
chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Cool. Fold in whipped cream
then pour mixture into crust. Topping: In a large bowl, beat cream until
it begins to thicken. Add powdered sugar; beat until stiff peaks form.
Spread over filling. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Garnish
with chocolate shavings if desired.

1 cup heavy whipping cream,
whipped
Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Chocolate shavings, optional
Ingredients:
11 large marshmallows
⅓ cup milk
1 piece (3 oz.) milk chocolate
candy bar, chopped
Directions:
In a large saucepan, combine the marshmallows, milk and chocolate.
Cook and stir over medium-low heat until smooth. Cool completely. Fold
¾ cup whipped topping into chocolate. Pour into prepared crust. Cover
and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Top with pie filling and remaining
whipped topping. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
