The hotel, which is located right on Cancun’s Hotel Zone, has two main ballrooms for weddings, the largest of which ﬁts up to 770 guests. They can also have weddings al fresco, right by the beach, the pool or their private beach club. The Ritz-Carlton team, including social catering manager William Perez, can, of course, arrange everything from ﬁreworks to linens, menu selections, Mexican serenades and so much more—even the seemingly impossible. “On their planning visit, a (future) bride and groom visited the famous nightclub Coco Bongo and were marveled with its show—so much so that they wanted to integrate it as part of the celebration gala. The artists of Coco Bongo performed at the party, adding a true spectacular show to the event,” relates Perez.
