y now, it should come as no
surprise that the experiential
meetings trend is transforming the
all-inclusive market. Several companies
are completely redesigning their allinclusive properties while others are
adding new immersive options.

Hard Rock Hotels
Built into the all-inclusive package,
the launch of the new 29,000-sf Camp
Woodward sports complex at the 1,264room Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya
will push attendees to the extreme while
bringing action sports programs to the
beach with skateboarding and indoor

snowboarding and skiing. A trampoline
zone and foam pit also encourages
gymnastics. Needless to say, the team
building options here abound in addition
to the typical Hard Rock music programs
and about 87,000 sf of meeting space.
Hard Rock's fourth property in Mexico,
the 639-room Hard Rock Hotel Los
Cabos, will debut later this year. Planners
can expect all of the brand's musical bells
and whistles, plus 54,000 sf of meeting
space matched by six restaurants and
several pools for the ultimate Hard Rockmeets-Mexico experience.
