STATUTORY AUTHORITY
This booklet is a summary of Wyoming Game and Fish Commission Fishing
Regulations (Chapter 46) for 2023 that became effective January 1,
2023 and shall remain in effect until modified or rescinded by the Commission.
These regulations are promulgated by authority of Wyoming Statutes
§23-1-101, §23-1-302, §23-1-303, §23-2-206, §23-2-209, §23-3-201, §23-3202,
§23-3-308, §23-3-401, §23-4-101, §23-4-103, and §23-6-111.
