ANNOUNCES FORTHCOMING
LEADERSHIP TRANSITION

Quaker Houghton CEO Michael F.
Barry will retire from his role at the
end of this year but retain the role of
chairman of the Board following his
retirement.

opportunities in our businesses for the
foreseeable future - making this the
right time to begin the transition of
the CEO role to new leadership, " said
Barry. " With the strong foundation we
have in place, I am confident Quaker
Houghton is well positioned to make
the most of its potential and flourish
in new and exciting ways, and I look
forward to continuing to work with
the company as Board chair after my
retirement as CEO. "
Quaker Houghton's Board of Directors will consider both internal and
external candidates to replace Barry
through a comprehensive search.
SEA-LAND CHEMICAL HIRES
MARKETING AND SALES LEADER,
COMBINES TEAMS
Sea-Land Chemical Co. hired Pete
Pendergast as its new senior vice
president of marketing and sales.
The company will also be aligning
its North American sales, marketing
and customer services teams together
under Pendergast.
Pendergast brings with him 31 years
of sales and leadership experience in
the chemical industry, with expertise
in growing and leading high-performance sales teams, according to a
company news release.

" Pete is an outstanding addition to
our Sea-Land team, as he brings a wealth
of industry connections, market knowledge and sales leadership expertise to
our organization, " said Jennifer Altstadt,
president of Sea-Land.
Coinciding with the addition of
Pendergast, Doug Honig was promoted
to director of customer experience and
will report to Pendergast.
LSI CHEMICAL SIGNS NEW
DISTRIBUTOR, ADDS BUSINESS
DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING
MANAGER
LSI Chemical signed Quality Group
as a new distributor for India,
authorizing Quality Group to sell LSI
Chemical oil and fuel additives, as
well as the Hot Shot's Secret line of
products, in India.
Quality Group is also now authorized to work with LSI Chemical
in the development of performance
blends of gasoline and diesel based on
customer specifications.
" This year has been explosive in
our ability to develop an international
network of distributors, " said LSI
Chemical President Todd Cawley.
" Quality Group, as the name implies,
fits our model of working only with
highly qualified professionals that have
in-depth specialized chemical knowledge

and a proven track record. We are
excited to work with the entire team as
they introduce our line of fuel and oil
additives in India and distribute the
Hot Shot's Secret line of products to
this new market. "
In response to LSI Chemical's growth
of new international distributors the
company hired Thomas Robinson
as its new business development and
marketing manager.
Robinson will be responsible for the
coordination of all LSI Chemical sales
activity, partner and customer support,
international marketing initiatives, and
an extensive trade show and conference
event schedule.
INGEVITY NAMES NEW
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT,
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Ingevity Corp. named Mary Dean
Hall as the company's new executive
vice president and chief financial
officer, replacing now-President and
CEO John Fortson.
Hall is bringing with her more than
20 years of industry experience in
finance, corporate development, internal
audit, enterprise risk management and
insurance, investor relations and IT.
" Mary brings to Ingevity deep
experience in the finance profession
that will bolster an already strong
finance team, " said Fortson. " Mary's
background includes relevant chemical
industry experience and a history of
supporting growth initiatives. We're
incredibly excited to have an executive
of Mary's caliber joining us at Ingevity. "
CONSTRUCTION BEGINS FOR BRB
LAC CORPORATE PREMISES
On behalf of BRB International,
developer De Boer Vastgoed began
construction on a new office, production facility and warehouse in Echt,
Netherlands.
