LSI CHEMICAL SIGNS U.K.
DISTRIBUTOR
LSI Chemical signed Thames,
England-based distributor GreenGlove
Ltd., which is now the official
U.K. and Ireland distributor for LSI,
including the Hot Shot's Secret line of
performance fuel and oil additives and
specialty oils.
" This is our first opportunity to distribute
LSI Chemical and Hot Shot's
Secret in Europe, " said LSI Chemical
President Todd Cawley. " The market
potential is incredible, as fuel must
meet stringent emissions standards.
We look forward to assisting our new
distribution partner in developing
fuels specific to the needs of a region
or industry. "

Luckey has been with the company
since 1984 and has worked in various
plant positions, most recently as
shipping manager.
VERTEX ENERGY TO ACQUIRE
ALABAMA REFINERY
Vertex Energy will acquire the Mobile
refinery in Alabama from Shell for $75
million. The transaction is expected
to close during the fourth quarter of
this year.

MANUFACTURING RIGHTS

MOTIVA ENTERS INTO NEW BASE
OIL SUPPLY AGREEMENT
Motiva Enterprises executed a longterm
supply agreement with Aramco
base oils affiliate S-Oil Corp. that will
more than double Motiva's current
offer for Group III base oils in North
America.
Per the agreement, Motiva will
assume all North American marketing,
sales and distribution of Group III
base oils produced by S-Oil. Motiva
will market the S-Oil products under
the aramcoULTRA brand name.
