Are you taking full advantage of your ILMA membership? We have an
incredible array of resources for you to access literally right at your fingertips. A member resources guide highlighting some of these offerings was
included with your company's membership renewal. It's also on our website
under the Membership tab, Member Resources. But in case you missed it,
here's a sampling.
CYBERSECURITY VIDEO & TOOLKIT
A recent conversation with a small group of ILMA members revealed that
half of them had been a victim of some sort of hacking attempt. In response
to that, we developed a toolkit to help you combat cyberthreats, including a
training video for your employees. Check it out on the ILMA website under
the Membership tab, Member Resources, Cybersecurity.
SAMPLE WORKPLACE HARASSMENT POLICY
In the era of #MeToo, it makes sense to ensure that your workplace policies
are up to date. ILMA has developed a comprehensive policy, as well as
guidelines for handling issues as they arise. This policy can be found under
the Membership tab, Member Resources.
NEWS & INFORMATION
While you're on the website checking out member resources, you may
notice a news ticker at the top of the homepage. On a daily basis, ILMA
curates relevant headlines and develops our own news articles that the
lubricants industry should be following. Every Friday, the top headlines are
compiled in ILMA Digest, which is emailed directly to you. You can also
find the digital version of Compoundings magazine on the website.
INTERNATIONAL REGULATORY INDEX
Looking for information about the regulatory environment in other countries? ILMA has a vast index of informative articles that have appeared in
Compoundings over the last two years. The index includes a brief summary
of each article with a link to each full article. You can find the index on the
