APPOINTS NEW PRESIDENT AND
SENIOR VP, COO
Texas Refinery Corp. (TRC) has
announced Patrick M. Walsh as its new
president. Walsh has worked for TRC
for more than 35 years. During his time,
he has held numerous management- and
executive-level positions across various
departments of the company.

Walsh is an active member of the
Board of Directors with the National
Lubricating Grease Institute (NLGI).
TRC also announced J.R. Hannan
as its new senior vice president and
chief operations officer. Prior to joining the TRC team in 2013, Hannan
had a successful 20-plus-year career
as a certified public accountant, after
receiving her degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

John Bucci

Prior to joining the Savant Group,
Bucci was a process engineering manager for over 15 of his 30 years with
Hemlock Semiconductor Corp. in
Hemlock, Michigan. He held a series
of leadership roles in manufacturing
and process engineering, identifying
opportunities and facilitating initiatives to expand capacity and improve
product quality and customer satisfaction, and guiding intellectual property
strategy and decision-making.
His previous accomplishments showcase his exceptional ability to work
across business functions and major
technology platforms to achieve key
business objectives. "John has a proven
track record in the development and
integration of new technologies on a
large scale, developing and sustaining
high-performing teams and achieving

For 19 years, Walsh successfully
managed operations of Texas Refinery Corp. of Canada Ltd. and Texas
Refinery Corp. Intercontinental
S.A. He serves as a member of the
executive committee at TRC and was
instrumental in the construction of its
manufacturing facility in Mansfield,
Texas. Walsh directly oversees the
company's domestic lubricant sales
and international sales divisions, as
well as several other key departments.
In addition to his role with TRC,

Hannan has had extensive experience in public accounting, including
Big 4 audit experience with Ernst &
Young LLP, tax law and representation experience with Brown PC, and
private-sector experience in both manufacturing and sales and distribution
environments. Since joining the TRC
family, she has been instrumental in
strengthening new systems and procedures, as well as promoting teamwork
companywide. Hannan oversees the
daily operations of multiple departments and affiliate companies.
