November * In class: Fill out application forms online for ALL schools, starting with the one with the earliest deadline. * Revise and edit app forms and submit (get help from my peers and teacher to look for mistakes). Tailor personal statement and resume for the three colleges that require it; revise and edit them. Fill out supplemental forms for the two colleges that require them. Request SAT scores be sent to the four schools that require them. * On my own/At home: * Go to guidance office and request transcripts and fee waivers * Finish app forms * Meet with recommenders and formally request letters of rec * Finish submitting applications * Finish personal statement and resume. Print out final copies and put in envelopes. Address envelopes. * Remind recommenders to finish letters. Check with the guidance office to make sure my stuff was mailed.
