Marketing Network Steering Committee CEMO Steering Committee Joan Anne McHugh Long-Term Care Nursing Academy National Advisory Board

Elaine Kaiser, Chair Dunwoody Village Newtown Square, Pa. the marketing Network seeks to gather and connect marketing professionals who work for not-for-profit aging service providers. Networking will allow marketing professionals to share professional experiences, best practices, innovative approaches and other information.
Facilities Management Network Steering Committee

Todd Murch, Chair eskaton Carmichael, Calif. the CemO (Chief executives of multi-site Organizations) Steering Committee advises on the development of education, tools, information resources, networking opportunities and collaborations that are strategically designed to address the unique needs specific to CeOs of multi-site organizations within the AAHSA membership (organizations with two or more campuses or sites, including large multiorganizations with sites and services in multiple states).
COOMO Network Steering Committee

Susan C. Reinhard, Chair AArP Washington, D.C. the Joan Anne mcHugh Long-term Care Nursing Academy was established by the institute for the Future of Aging Services (iFAS) to advance and strengthen frontline management and leadership in long-term care nursing. the mcHugh Academy examines the important management role that frontline nurses play and translates these findings into practical solutions that will strengthen management, nursing staff satisfaction and quality of care. the Advisory Committee guides the work of the Academy, providing a range of professional perspectives on needs, actions and solutions.
Leadership AAHSA Advisory Committee

Paul Burrows, Chair United methodist Homes of New Jersey Neptune, N.J. the mission of the Facilities management Network is to provide a forum for the exchange of operational, educational and technological resources to facilities management staff in member organizations.

Garry Hennis, Chair Presby’s inspired Life Lafayette Hill, Pa. the COOmO Network Steering Committee provides a mechanism for Chief Operating Officers (COO’s) of multi-site organizations within the AAHSA membership to share information, discuss challenges and recommend education content that addresses the unique needs of COO’s in aging services organizations.

Kay Kallander, Chair American Baptist Homes of the West Pleasanton, Calif. the Leadership AAHSA Advisory Committee exists to ensure that the mission of Leadership AAHSA is achieved (to cultivate emerging leaders within AAHSA membership who will transform the field and fulfill the leadership needs of AAHSA members). the committee is made up of members of the Design team and review Committee as well as the program coaches who collaborate throughout the year on program design, fellow selection, growth opportunities and related initiatives.
